As part of the International MBA 14 and 15 November 2015 will be held two-day training on "Leadership: the supreme leadership style"

3. How to stop working and begin to operate? Delegate to survive. Why delegation is not always applied, and often does not work? Tasks. Powers. Responsibility. What, how, to whom and when to delegate. Reverse delegation: how to cope with it?
4. Decision-making - the main function of the head. The types of problems and solutions. Models of decision-making. The main stages of decision-making. Types of management decisions. Errors thinking when making decisions. Methods of group and individual decision-making.
